Today found the temperature at 15 below zero Fahrenheit. I still had every intention of going out and walking my 5K, but it never happened. I did manage to get in 75 squats and pushups before driving an hour to my doctor appointment.
I told her I thought it was a hiatal hernia but she said she wanted to rule out the lethal before she checked for anything else. So, she emailed the VA in Green Bay to have them call me for an appointment for the cardiologist. Then off to the lab for another EKG plus more labs and a chest x-ray. I am now officially tired of doctors, nurses, lab techs, hospitals and such. I have a low tolerance.
Look for the light at the end of the tunnel…they’ll hopefully figure out what’s going on with you! I hear ya, though. It’s a draining process.
Oh, I stay positive about it all unless they eventually find nothing. I am the perfect patient for people with a sense of humor as I leave them all laughing. I now know all about my Dr. and her family and divorce 5 years ago. She’s a new one for me as mine retired. Hate the needles more than anything!
I hope you get sorted soon, nothing worse than playing the waiting game.
Hang in there.
